Shipping, Returns & Refunds
We send all orders using a door-to-door courier delivery service. There is a flat fee of R100 for all deliveries. All orders over R4000 shipping is Free
Please contact us to arrange a return. If the item has broken within the warranty period, then we will arrange the courier to come and collect so that we can check the issue and then send a replacement or issue a refund.
Should you no longer want the item/s, you can send it back within 7 days of delivery, for a refund. However, the item must be in its original condition and unopened. In this instance, please understand that we will ask you to cover the cost of the courier back to us. We will issue the refund once we have received the item and assessed its condition.

When issuing a refund we will process the refund back to you using the same payment method which was used for the order. Please note that refunds to credit cards can take 7 days to reflect back in your account.
